Party Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Chicken Bouillon, 1 TBs
  • Sour cream, 1-2 TBS
  • Shredded cheese, 1 big handful
  • Cornflakes, 1 cup
  • Butter, 1 Tbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix chicken bouillon, sour cream and shredded cheese (measure with your heart) with full package of Main St Bistro Signature Mashed Potatoes.
  3. Mix well, and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Melt butter and and mix with cornflakes.  Top the potatoes with the buttery cornflakes.
  5. Place in oven and bake until it's golden brown.
