Ingredients

  • 1 package Main St Bistro® Signature Macaroni & Cheese Family Size
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • Fresh basil, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper to a baking dish. Toss to combine, then roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat Main St Bistro Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions until mostly warmed through.
  4. Add the warmed mac and cheese to the baking dish with the tomatoes and gently fold everything together.
  5. Top with ¼ cup parmesan cheese, then bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Finish with fresh basil and remaining parmesan before serving.
