Simple and impressive summer seafood dish
1. Remove Main St Bistro Macaroni & Cheese from packaging, add to a baking dish and set aside. Poach the lobster tails in seasoned water for 10-15 minutes or until the meat is fully white. Then, place in a bowl of ice water. Once the lobster is chilled, remove meat and chop into bite size pieces.
2. Add lobster meat to the Macaroni & Cheese and combine. Add panko bread crumbs, prosciutto, parmesan and basil to top of Macaroni & Cheese. Add butter or olive oil to the top and bake in a 400 degree oven.
3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
