Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye steaks, partially frozen
  • 1 package of Main St Bistro Signature Macaroni and Cheese, warmed up
  • 1 French loaf
  • 1 large yellow onion, chopped
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle on medium high heat and throw on the chopped onion with some oil and salt. Cook onions until translucent and scoot them to the left side of the griddle.
  2. Slice ribeyes into thin pieces and add them to the griddle with plenty of salt and pepper seasoned on. Combine with the onions and top with cheese. Let cheese get metly.
  3. Add in the mac and cheese and mix everything together. Stuff that into the French loaf and enjoy the best thing you could hope to make on National Mac and Cheese Day.
