A fusion of rich, creamy mashed potatoes with a bold and tangy twist.

Instructions

  1. Heat Main St Bistro® Signature Mashed Potatoes per package instructions.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and scraping any browned bits at the bottom of pan with a spoon, until the butter is toasty brown in color and a nutty aroma, about 2- 4 minutes.
  3. Remove pan from heat and whisk in miso paste.
  4. Add the butter mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix until well combined. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a serving dish.
  5. Spoon chopped kimchi over top of potatoes and garnish with green onions.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, if desired and garnish with green onions.
