  • 8 Frenched Lamb Rib Chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • (1) Main St Bistro® Baked Scalloped Potatoes


  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. Pat lamb chops dry and season both sides with mixture.
  2. Heat olive oil in large pan over medium heat. Sear lamb chops for 3 minutes per side, then set aside on a plate.
  3. Add garlic and balsamic vinegar to the pan. Let sauté for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until sauce is reduced by half.
  4. Remove pan from heat and stir in butter.
  5. Pour sauce over lamb chops.
  6. Heat Main St Bistro® Baked Scalloped Potatoes per package instructions.
  7. Enjoy!
