These simple broiled Lobster Tails with Baked Macaroni & Cheese is a decadent, memorable combination.


  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon thyme leaves, plus more for serving
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper
  • (1) 20oz package Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni & Cheese


  1. Preheat the broiler to high heat.
  2. Combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cut lobster tails with sharp kitchen shears all the way down the shell. Gently lift the meat on top of the
    shell, keeping it attached to the tail.
  4. Place lobster tails in a broil-safe baking dish. Brush garlic herb butter over lobster tails.
  5. Broil for 10 minutes, until meat is white and the internal temperature reaches 145F. Brush with more garlic
    herb butter.
  6. Garnish with lemon thyme and serve with Baked Macaroni & Cheese
