Grilled and slowcooked with tangy BBQ sauce for the perfect tender chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 2 lb chicken leg quarters
  • (1) 20 oz package Main St Bistro® Signature Macaroni & Cheese

Instructions

  1. BBQ Sauce: Combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, onion powder, and paprika in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes, until thickened. Let cool.
  2. Marinate chicken in barbecue sauce for at least one hour at room
    temperature.
  3. Heat the grill over medium-low heat. Place the chicken, skin side down, on the grill, and cook with the grill lid closed until browned, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Brush chicken with more barbecue sauce. Flip, and cook another20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 170F.
  5. Heat Main St Bistro Macaroni & Cheese per package directions, serve, and enjoy.
