  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup harissa
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • (1) Main St Bistro® Spicy Pepper Jack Macaroni & Cheese


    1. Combine harissa, olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
    2. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.
    3. Heat a grill to medium heat. Grill chicken breasts 6-8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F.
    4. Top with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
    5. Serve with Main St Bistro® Macaroni and Cheese.
