A fun grilled classic

Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 oz. boneless pork shoulder steak
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp minced powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 - 20 oz. package Main St Bistro® Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Place pork steak in a large dish or plastic storage bag and pour marinade over meat to cover. Place in refrigerator and let marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
  2. Remove pork from marinade and shake off excess 30 mins before grilling. Discard remaining marinade.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 400-450°F.
  4. Place the pork over direct heat and grill for approximately 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F for medium doneness.
  5. Transfer to a platter or board and allow to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve with Main St Bistro® Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes and enjoy.
