Ham Steaks with Brown Sugar Orange Glaze

Holiday-worthy pan seared boneless ham steaks served with a brown sugar orange glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lb thick sliced smoked boneless ham
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • (1) 20 oz. package Main St Bistro® Baked Scalloped Potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter and cook ham slices over medium heat until heated through and lightly browned, (approx 3-5 mins) on each side.
  2. Place on a serving platter and cover with aluminum foil until ready to serve.
  3. In the same pan, add brown sugar, orange juice, honey, cinnamon and cloves. Whisk over medium heat until boiling and slightly thickened (approx 3 mins). 
  4. Heat Main St Bistro® Baked Scalloped Potatoes per package instructions
  5. Serve together on a plate and drizzle the glaze over the top of the ham. Garnish with fresh orange slices and herbs if desired.
