  • 6 pork chops
  • ⅔ cup lime juice (bottled)
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tbsp of all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp of onion (minced)
  • 1 tbsp of rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of thyme (chopped)
  • (1) 20 oz. package of Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

  1. Fill a shallow glass pan with the lime juice and vinegar.
  2. Rinse the pork chops thoroughly under cold running water, then set into the lemon & vinegar mixture. Let soak for 15 mins.
  3. While soaking, in a medium sized bowl combine the flour, all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and curry powder.
  4. Pat pork chops dry. Lightly coat both sides of the pork chops in the flour mixture.

  6. Fry each pork chop until golden brown of each side and reach an internal temp of 140°F (approx 7-10 mins per side).
  7. Rest the pork chops, covered with foil, for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Melt remaining butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Once fully melted, add minced garlic, onions, rosemary and thyme.
  9. Heat Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes per package directions
  10. When done resting, drizzle the butter mixture over the top of the pork chops and serve.
