  • 1 tbsp of all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of curry powder

  • (1) 20 oz. package of Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Fill a shallow glass pan with the lime juice and vinegar.
  2. Rinse the pork chops thoroughly under cold running water, then set into the lemon & vinegar mixture. Let soak for 15 mins.
  3. While soaking, in a medium sized bowl combine the flour, all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, and curry powder.
