A smoky grill night classic

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 cup of hickory smoked BBQ sauce
  • 1 (20 oz.) package Main St Bistro® Baked Scalloped Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Clean the rack of ribs thoroughly with water and vinegar.
  2. Put the ribs in a large stockpot and fill with enough cold water to cover. Boil until the ribs are slightly soft but not falling apart, (approx 1 hour).
  3. Remove from the stove, drain, and pat dry. Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and seasoned salt, then coat the ribs in 1 cup of your favorite hickory BBQ sauce.
  4. Transfer to a heated charcoal grill and cook on each side until slightly charred.
  5. Heat Main St Bistro® Baked Scalloped Potatoes per package directions in oven or microwave.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
