Hoisin Glazed Air Fryer Pork Belly

Sweet, sticky, and savory pork belly bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ - 2 lb pork belly, cut into 1 ½ - 2 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • (1) 20oz package Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fry to 375 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, hoisin sauce, minced garlic and ginger and mix well.
  3. Reserving a few tablespoons of sauce for basting, pour remainder over pork belly and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to overnight. 
  4. Arrange pork pieces in a single layer on air fryer rack coated with non-stick spray and cook for approximately 20 minutes, basting and flipping every 5 minutes until edges become crispy and caramelized.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions or chives, if desired.
  6. Heat Main St Bistro Baked Macaroni & Cheese per package directions and serve!
