1 ½ - 2 lb pork belly, cut into 1 ½ - 2 inch cubes
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ cup honey
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
(1) 20oz package Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni & Cheese
Preheat air fry to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, hoisin sauce, minced garlic and ginger and mix well.
Reserving a few tablespoons of sauce for basting, pour remainder over pork belly and allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to overnight.
Arrange pork pieces in a single layer on air fryer rack coated with non-stick spray and cook for approximately 20 minutes, basting and flipping every 5 minutes until edges become crispy and caramelized.
Garnish with chopped green onions or chives, if desired.
Heat Main St Bistro Baked Macaroni & Cheese per package directions and serve!
