An easy and comforting weeknight dinner.


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved⁠⁠
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder⁠⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt⁠⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper⁠⁠
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil⁠⁠
  • 1 tablespoon butter⁠⁠
  • 1/4 cup honey⁠⁠
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped⁠⁠
  • (1) 17oz package Main St Bistro® Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


  1. Pat chicken breasts dry.
    Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.⁠⁠
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan.⁠⁠
  3. Heat Main St Bistro Roasted Potatoes per package directions in oven or microwave.
  4. Add butter, honey, and pecans to the pan. Cook until bubbly, then top
    chicken with sauce.

    Serve and enjoy!
