An easy and comforting weeknight dinner.


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved⁠⁠
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder⁠⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt⁠⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper⁠⁠
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil⁠⁠
  • 1 tablespoon butter⁠⁠
  • 1/4 cup honey⁠⁠
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped⁠⁠
  • (1) 17oz package Main St Bistro® Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


  1. Pat chicken breasts dry. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.⁠⁠
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan.⁠⁠
  3. Add butter, honey, and pecans to the pan. Cook until bubbly, then top chicken with sauce.
  4. Heat Main St Bistro® Roasted Potatoes per package directions in oven or microwave.
