An easy elegant meal for a special date night at home.


  • 12 jumbo scallops
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • Chopped parsley, for serving
  • Lemon zest, for serving
  • (1) 20 oz package Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni & Cheese


  1. Pat scallops completely dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. When oil is simmering, add scallops to the pan, ensuring the pan is not overcrowded.
  3. Cook each side for 90 seconds, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove scallops from the pan. Add garlic, butter, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes to the pan. Stir well, until combined and smooth.
  5. Pour sauce over scallops. Top with chopped parsley and lemon zest and serve with Baked Macaroni & Cheese.
