The 'make you get down on one knee' Turkey
Season the turkey: Pat turkey tenderloins dry and season all over with salt and pepper.
Sear: Heat a large braiser or skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and sear the turkey on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Saute aromatics: Add garlic, shallt, and rosemary. Saute for 3 minutes, until fragrant.
Simmer: Add sun-dried tomatoes and chicken stock. Add turkey back to the pan, cover, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165° F.
Finish: Stir in the cream and spinach until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is creamy.
Serve: Plate turkey tenderloins with sauce and serve alongside Main St Bistro® Family Size Signature Mashed Potatoes.
