Enjoy this 15 minute One Pan Honey Mustard Chicken for an easy week night dinner.


  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • Italian parsley, for serving
  • (1) 20oz package Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni & Cheese


  1. Pat chicken breasts dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large cast iron pan or skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove chicken from pan.
  3. Combine garlic, honey, dijon mustard, and chicken broth in pan. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Add chicken back to the pan. Bring to a simmer and let the sauce thicken.
  5. While sauce thickens, heat Main St Bistro Baked Macaroni & Cheese per package directions.
  6. Top with fresh parsley and serve.
