A date night dinner favorite that's both impressive and easy!


  • 2 5 oz Filet mignons⁠⁠
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt⁠⁠
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper⁠⁠
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil⁠⁠
  • 2 tablespoons butter⁠⁠
  • 2 sprigs rosemary⁠⁠
  • (1) 17oz package Main St Bistro® Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Potatoes


    1. Pat filets dry. Season liberally with salt and pepper on both sides.⁠⁠
    2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the skillet. When shimmering, add filets to the pan and cook 3 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 135F for medium rare.⁠⁠
    3. During the last two minutes of cooking, add butter and rosemary to the skillet.
    4. Spoon the butter over the steaks and remove from the pan.⁠⁠
    5. Let steaks rest for 10 minutes. While resting, heat Main St Bistro Roasted Potatoes per package directions.
    6. Serve and enjoy.⁠⁠
