A simple and elevated meal the whole family will love.


  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, chopped, plus more for serving
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts, for serving
  • (1) 20 oz. package of Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes


    1. Combine unsalted butter, Italian parsley, thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
    2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon flesh side down and cook for 3 minutes undisturbed.
    3. Flip salmon and cook skin side down for 3 minutes. Spread herb butter over salmon flesh.
    4. Flip salmon once more and sear 2 minutes flesh side down. Spoon herb butter over salmon. 
    5. Top salmon with toasted pine nuts and chopped Italian parsley. Serve with Main St Bistro Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes.
