Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • Chopped parsley, for serving
  • Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 425F
    2. Brush a baking dish with olive oil.
    3. Pat cod fillets dry. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together and brush cod on all
      sides.
    4. Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and pretzels in a medium
      bowl. Dip cod fillets into the pretzel mixture and place in the prepared baking dish. Bake
      for 10-12 minutes, until flaky.
    5. Top cod with chopped parsley and Serve with Main St Bistro® Baked Macaroni and
      Cheese.
