An impressive crowd-pleaser for an evening of entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Twice Baked Potatoes

Prime Rib

  • 4lb prime rib roast (1/2lb per person)
  • Salt & pepper or your favorite rib rub

Horseradish Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp horseradish, straight/prepared
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

    1. Remove roast from refrigerator and allow to come up to room temperature, about 1 hour.

    2. Pre-heat oven to 450°F.

    3. Once roast is room temp, generously season all surfaces with salt & pepper.

    4. Place roast in a foil-lined roasting pan, fat-side up, on an elevated rack.

    5. Place roasting set up in the oven at 450°F and roast about 15 mins to get the fat cap crispy.

    6. Then, lower oven temperature to 325°F and continue roasting to medium-rare. You’ll need 20 minutes in the 325°F oven for each pound of meat.

    7. Remove roast from oven and allow to rest uncovered for at least 45 mins before cutting.

    8. While roast is resting, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a small bowl for the sauce.

    9. Once the roast has been served, top with your preferred amount of sauce.

    10. Heat Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Twice Baked Potatoes per package instructions and enjoy together.

Easy summer grilling recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package 20 oz fresh Bratwurst sausages (5-6)
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • (1) 20 oz package Main St Bistro® Signature Macaroni & Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the outdoor gas grill. If you use wooden skewers place them under water.
  2. Cut each sausage into 4 pieces. 
  3. In a bowl add the chopped veggies and sausage. 
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano. Drizzle the olive oil and combine gently.
  5. Make your skewers by alternating sausage, onion, and bell peppers. 
  6. Place skewers on the grill and cook, rotating occasionally for about 10 minutes.
  7. Brush with BBQ sauce and cook for a couple more minutes.
  8. Heat Main St Bistro Signature Macaroni and Cheese per package instructions.
  9. Serve skewers with extra BBQ sauce on the side, creamy Signature Macaroni and Cheese, and other condiments per your taste.
