This versatile sauce comes together quickly and pairs well with meats, fish, or grilled veggies.

Ingredients

For the Steaks

  • 2 - 1 lb Rib eye Steaks
  • 2 tsps coarse salt
  • 2 tsps black pepper

Romesco Sauce:

  • 12 oz roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • 1 TBS sherry vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • (1) 20 oz package Main St Bistro® Signature Macaroni & Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, combine Romesco sauce ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Place steaks on the heated grill. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, until steak reaches an internal temperature of 125F. Transfer steaks to a cutting board and rest for 20 minutes.
  4. While steaks rest, heat Main St Bistro Macaroni & Cheese per package directions.
  5. Plate steaks on a dollop of Romesco sauce and serve.
