  • Whole beef tenderloin, 3-4 lbs
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 rosemary sprigs, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

    1. Preheat oven to 300F.

    5. Let meat rest for 15 minutes. While resting, heat Main St Bistro® Steakhouse Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes via package instructions.

    6. Slice meat and serve.
