Pulled Pork Sliders with Twice Baked Potatoes

A quick and tasty week night dinner with a satisfying crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of brioche buns
  • (1) 15oz container of Reser’s American Classic Cole Slaw
  • (1) 32oz Packaged Jack Daniels Smoked Pulled Pork
  • 1 container bread & butter pickles
  • 1 package Main St Bistro® Twice Baked Potatoes

Sweet BBQ Sauce

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    1. Warm Packaged Smoked Pulled Pork per package instructions.

    2. While the pork is warming, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and cumin in a small sauce bowl.

    3. Add the sauce to the pork.

    4. Assemble the sliders in the following order: bottom bun, cole slaw, pulled pork, pickles, top bun.

    5. Heat Main St Bistro® Twice Baked Potatoes per package instructions and enjoy together.
