The flavors of Thanksgiving without all the work!

Ingredients

For the meatballs:

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the gravy:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • (1) 32 oz. package of Main St Bistro® Family Size Signature Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Combine ground turkey, Worcestershire sauce, dried sage, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well, then roll into 2-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and add 1/2 of the meatballs to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Repeat with remaining meatballs, adding more olive oil if necessary.
  3. Remove meatballs from the skillet, reserving the pan drippings.
  4. Add butter and flour to the skillet over low heat. Whisk well, then cook the mixture until golden brown, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined and gravy is smooth.
  6. Bring gravy to a simmer. Add meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes on low, until the internal temperature of the meatballs reach 165F.
  7. Serve with Main St Bistro Family Style Mashed Potatoes.
